These Terms govern your use of Runtime and the website anytime.sh (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by yourself, a company registered in the United States (“we,” “us”).
License
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Runtime solely on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or host Runtime for others.
Acceptable use
Don't use Runtime to violate laws, terms of third-party sites (e.g., email, shopping, docs), or to harm others. You're responsible for actions taken on your device.
Local operation
Runtime runs locally and does not send your browsing data to our servers. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any sites you access through Runtime.
Beta software
Runtime is currently in Beta. Features may change or break. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business.
Third-party sites
The Service may interact with or link to third-party sites and tools that we don't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of Delaware. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in Delaware's courts.
